Dymon Storage’s proposed development calls for a mix of uses, rising 9 storeys in height. The building consists of about 227,000 sq.ft. of storage lockers, with 141 condominium suites proposed (about 133,000 sq.ft.), 62,000 sq.ft of office space, and 41,000 sq.ft. of retail space.

The retail units will be situated on the ground level, the office component on level 2, and condominium suites on the floors above. The site would be served by a three-level underground parking garage consisting of 559 parking spaces.
